My digestive system seems to have switched from big rib eyes to lots of fruit and veg, eggs, fish and fowl. Red meat is more a condiment as it is heavy on my system. I'm listening to the innate wisdom of our biology. I thought you were off flesh food as you were burger drooling馃ぃ

Don't go by those charts. They are deadly. Look at what happened to me as they chemo'd and immunotherapied me 130 pounds down, based on BMI alone, not my shrinking bones, inability to consume food, etc. Listen to your inner wisdom, I believe we know. 135 sounds healthy for you.

Interesting. In the years of illness my appetite has gone through such weirdness. I find I can now eat anything but portions matter - I don't know if you remember the size of a juice glass in the 1960s. The "Big Gulp" phenomenon at work. Don't lose too much weight, seriously.

I agree. I feel optimism for many reasons but pendulums swing, and it's time to not just drain the swamp but fumigate it from rats, too ;-)

It's a plant so that stands to reason. It is not for everybody and it is a drug. This is why I'm so happy I am medical as I can get specific strains for specific issues. I use a topical cream that truly works on bone pain and sciatica. Like all meds, one size does not fit all. :D

It's truly my pleasure. I've been studying medical since Las Vegas since it was the most welcoming community I found. What's more, NV has /mandatory/ testing for dispensaries - like getting food ingredients. This helps narrow down the type of medication best for given condition.
