I'm always open to sharing what I've learned, I have a cert in Cannabis Medicine and another for working as a budtender, which I would love but disability is what it is. Super high CBD from US or Canadian is a great place to start.
I'd start with a reputable non-THC #CBD (highest percent you can find, don't order it from overseas) in a gelcap. The reality is adding any substance to our unique chemistry is best overseen by laws and education. Source is important, product testing should be mandatory IMO.
I tend to lean toward strong Indicas which slow my chatter brain (and mouth) down as well as manage bone pain and appetite regulation. There are a lot of products that are specialized or hybrid for specific issues, but the truth is everybody is different and with THC is a drug.
I still struggle with believing it. We must move forward as long as we can. I forgot. You and community give me real hope, and I haven't met many of them. A precious gift. Thank you. 💙
Oh brother! That is Mo (2.5 yrs younger than me) to the left and brother outlaw Ronnie to the right and I'm the very happy girl surrounded by beauty and love. 😍
He belongs to the land owner here but his name is "Tesoro de Oro" Which translates to Treasure of Gold. It's a pun because he's silver ;-) they do live a long time and are far smarter than people realize. I'm sorry he passed. It's hardest when they are our unconditional friends.
Meet Tesoro de Oro. He whistles at me inappropriately when I do yoga. He's learning "good golly miss Molly" but I am not teaching him. I smell conspiracy 😊
A little levity in a world that needs some! #WednesdayWisdom#wednesday#Sarcasm (It's an effective coping tool🙂)
"You are offended by the things I say? Imagine the stuff I hold back."
That was absolutely the time in my own therapy where things began to click. "This belongs to me" and "This belongs to others" - own my own shit and leave people to muck out their own. It's a very good place to get to in any therapeutic process in my experience. I still use it. 💚
