Also, I think it would be fair to say you and I have long agreed a core contributor to these problems is lack of core curriculum across the world. Education and reflection are not scaling very well in this age of information.

Tony, I'm always open to questions and will continue talking about those issues with people who are sharing ideas in the sandbox rather than profiteering of my back. Big difference between "industry" and "friends" for me!
