I agree although I was taught a slightly different method and that is you spell out the name like the World Wide Web and then in parentheses use the abbreviation or acronym depending upon context. Either way you end up with more comprehensive and understandable content.

I do blame the doctors because the true Physician's calling is to subvert the ego to protect the patient no matter what and that is not happening outside of March for science. I used to blame the system and I still do but people change systems. What we have now is not scalable.
