Be careful telling me that ;-) I might just end up looking over your shoulder or asking too many questions as I resume command of the command line!

Shame on this Administration do not let this asshat insult and degrade everything our military servicing a nation profoundly betrayed. STOP the bullshit. Slay that ego and encourage evolution not "back-stepping" AKA backstabbing crap. #veterans #resist act.credoaction.com/sign/wil…
I had to learn to build my own PCs I was a starving student back in the day. Huh now that I say that I realize not much has actually changed. LOL!

Isn't it? There's such a feeling of control when compared to graphic os's so much bother between you and the core tasks you want to carry out. 😊

LOL yes indeed what a wonderful thing that you do that Outreach is that part of your employment or volunteer? I did similar many years ago in Harlem as a volunteer teacher when Flash was all the rage. I have some remarkable experiences from that those kids taught me.

I just did a coffee spit-take at the idea of my somewhat monitored life in that while I have my independence to come and go, someone here is always watching, just like I should have had as a teenager, but two genius parents with personality disorders didn't make for a happy home.

incarcerated students? More info please - teens, adults? Literal or figurative incarceration? I'm leaning literal... :) I'd have to hike out to the highway to grab some video as I live in a senior center that looks after me (I fall a lot) with on-site private armed security.

Nice! I've just now built a proper old-skool and super cool Linux box from various DIY sources and am digging back in after being away from *nix or bsd - amazing what I've remembered but it ain't like riding a bike. I'm in love withe the command line all over again :)

My gratitude for life is stronger than this dust storm about to hit the #LasVegas valley. Extreme weather warning right down to my bone marrow! Ouch! #staySafe #extremeWeather #dustStorm #haboob #monsoon

If I were Queen of the world and not just the webs fairy god mama race, class, political affiliation, partisanism and a need to put people in gender identity boxes wouldn't exist at all. It is my belief it is only the individual adult herself who defines her identity.
You are a beautiful wonderful person and an incredibly loyal friend. You have risen to Heights I admire greatly despite challenges and conditionals in both self and Tech especially #OpenSource & #a11y advovacy. You are a truly beautiful woman inside and out. I love you. 💕💖❤

you as well. And we also all need to start taking care of each other human to human. Our governments have utterly failed to scale to the realities of the information age. Thank you for your kindness. It means...everything.

It's one of those bugs-as-features in my build, Lee. I'm a hybrid thinker so there are often multiple meanings, some metaphoric, some literal. It confuses others, but I don't have that much control over the hyperverbosity. It's a real medical issue, not just a quirk :D

Not at all, and it's all of us, not just my depression increasing for random reasons. :(

Stay off the roads if you can all across #LasVegas valley until the all clear. Even old locals can be fooled! Tourists and newcomers unfamiliar with the deadliness of Flash Floods. A #VegasStrong is also #VegasSmart !!! Warning for Clark County, Nevada google.org/publicalerts/aler…

So many stories about losing friends and closing doors on family members over exactly those issues. I've been grumbling and mumbling and cursing for several days now but I'm still remembering to laugh in between. Comforting thoughts to you my friend you are sadly are not alone XO

Yes, it's one vast valley broken into sections: East, West, North and Downtown; The Strip; Henderson - everyone's different but I'm a map nerd and find a certain delight in studying the communities that make up a given region. It is confusing, and changing so much constantly.
It's ugly and we may never survive what's yet to come but it sure is fine by me the cockroaches are being marched out of their hiding places for all to see their exoskeletons!
"Putin to Washington" is the unthinkable equivalent of me inviting a narcissistic small minded man I fell in love with then nearly drank myself to death in the aftermath of having maligned the dignity of a wife he didn't have, all his others and offspring over for Sunday roast!
