It took an entire week for @CenturyLink to send Juan out to restore broadband service. @CoxComm can't get service to my place at all. You'd think I was in the middle of the desert! (um, oh yeah...). Y'all suck as companies but Juan's my broadband superhero and deserves a raise!

That's very kind but I've had several texts out here and there is a bad wiring problem that the apartments I live in supposed to have service that is paid for as part of my rent. I have already been told by Cox that it's not possible to fix due to wiring issues and age. Thank you

I live in one of the most Tech forward cities in the world and I cannot get fucking broadband. @CenturyLink doesn't last a hundred minutes much last a hundred seconds and @CoxComm sucks. I can't get a tech out until Tuesday.
