Back to fighting weight! I gained 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Cachexia was from the #opioids - after I detox'd I ate everything in sight!

It wasn't intentional but yes. Too fragmented w state/federal funding, inconsistent care and infrastructure (VA for example). Steaming pile.
