Totally agree. I don't know that I'll have the strength to do it all, but definitely is a far more reasonable way to go in this era :)
In fact, anything I've bought for my apartment here with few exceptions are all sized for small/tiny house and am keeping "things" limited.

Aren't some of them just gorgeous? I can't have a loft though due to hip/bone issues. But there are so many options and it's affordable.

I've been an avid follower of alternative and sustainable housing for years now. After living in Europe, I recognized I like smaller spaces!
