Yes and that's how autocracy is made. Not open, not truly agile, but dominated and enslaved and dehumanized: Man become machine.
Nailed it! The immunity to criticism. That's the parity I'm hating and why I made a Trump remark. Nothing is so exalted. No one.
LOL! I suspect there's a lot more micromanagement in #agile than most people would acknowledge. Glad you're not love-blind ;-)
There comes a time after decades of working on issues in #agile development when one recognizes there's still an onset of mental arthritis 😂

An #agile #lean #startup can be progress! And, progress requires respect for conventional, the law and ethics. New models are not new rules.

Companies will shut people up and out who speak out against an approach. If the criticism is true, and the org won't adapt they will falter.

You have lived, though. That's something. I'd rather have this interesting life than it be boring and mediocre!

Sheesh. I'm glad you've slowed down. I lost my husband to this sort of thing. Do not want to see others sacrificed :(

He wrote me a letter while hiding under furniture during the coup. He left the Foreign Service not long after. Brutal experience.

Yes. Presently, the USA is not safe either. At all. In fact, where I was was not safe. I'm safer in a Vegas 'hood than in Tucson.

My mother said so ALL the time. I was clueless. Now I know. Boy do I know haha! Also, it's literally true, not just perceptually!
All organizations need to be as supportive as @BBC with effective #a11y accommodation. Benefits all. So Inspirational. Jamie and Lion FTW!❤️

HA! Oh, interestingly, a friend from Nigeria told me I was an honorary Nigerian - I was honored. I've never visited, I hope to!

I KNOW! It freaked me out when I saw that 21 years. I just cannot imagine where that chunk of life went. Woooosh!
