Isn't it interesting that the less prescription meds I take, the better my mental health is? Physical suckage extreme. But I AM AWAKE again.

I would on a different day. Right now I have to take care of me. I'm getting off of these harmful meds, I'm taking back control.
My physician of 21 years removed me from his practice while handing me a bunch of controlled prescriptions as a "public threat"

Do others perceive me as a danger? Have I ever physically aggressed on someone and do not remember? I self-harm and I yell. I'm not violent.

Well, yelling at them doesn't work as I've now learned, very well in fact. They are trained gatekeepers.

And actually, no. Because I'm leaving Arizona my #ACA benefits can be terminated. I have to be careful about how I do it.
