Yeah, 120F is a little rough on humans, kittehs and doggies all! That happens rarely, although 110 or so is default for summer :-)
It is not unusual to see hail in Tucson. It happens during monsoon seasons and winter weather. September often brings hail storms.
Wow, no kidding - it's a possibility here in Tucson this week. We've got one of those September monsoons. Stay safe - and enjoy!
