Surgery now Friday a.m. Today it's hydration, anti-emetics, opiates and sleep. Why do "cures" hurt so much worse than the disease? #sadMols

After all that they cancelled my surgery reacting to transfusion and meds in a fashion more ugly than chemo. Any spare good thoughts welcome

It occurs to me now with both platelets and neupogen on board, I can be seen as the embodiment a 5'5" living, breathing prophylactic!

@HilsCheyne Yes. Not chemo. Platelet transfusion - prophylactic for a surgery. I am as well as a sick person can be! :)

@pinktoolsnprls that's a lot, but during active hemorrhage it can be that way. This is prophylactic, prior to procedure. Hoping it'll work!
