Dentist said he'd never have guessed I'm so ill, not from my demeanor, not from my teeth. He showed me the human bone graft materials. Cool!
The good news is I won't be losing all my teeth. In fact, I'm only losing two. I will need bone grafts for areas where I've got bone loss.

@stevefaulkner @mpaciello the problem is whoever came up with this language in the spec is overly verbose and vague like all specs.
@stevefaulkner @mpaciello would we call a person neutral depending upon their ability to function? I can't leave my bed so I am neutral?
@stevefaulkner @mpaciello if they meant nothing then they would do nothing. They are functional elements because of browsers.

@ojrask I do think that html5 is a completely separate entity than any other market. It's closer to DHTML in its makeup than it is to HTML.😊
