@kirabug actually you are on to something important. I am great at foundations history that sort of thing but most people do not care.

@kirabug I didn't help create HTML. I worked on HTML and XHTML as well as CSS and community outreach for internationalisation.

@glengineered not so much. I want to see a defined standard of ethical social practice in webdev whereby we put humans first in any project.

@kirabug it's that little cosmic joke where we can see how to fix everyone else with similar problems but impossible to apply to our selves!

@Raelshark what skills remain strongest and are you able to envision a new way of working? Any insight most welcome!

People running the asylum make my streaks of self-destruction and idiocy look like periods of logic and genius. This is oddly comforting.

If you think we grow up and become adults, take a look at the behavior of every U.S. presidential runner. Impressively mature, no?

If it hurts say so. If you're mad yell. The entire idea that we ever grow "up" and out of needing our tantrums is ridiculous. Purge thyself!

What we survive doesn't always make us stronger. "God" doesn't always give us what we can "handle". Happy endings are myth (except massage).

Please don't give up on me, not now. Not yet. I'm on the road to something better and I still need help. Will you help me build a life? xo/m

@jonpearse oops, visibility: hidden; while implemented, is rather buggy! ;-)

@woodss Yeah, like teaching developers and designers the difference between the Internet and The Web? LOL! How reckless we are with words.

@madebyregina Oh, I like that "What we can't quantify...most important" comment. That's powerful, a useful tool. Thank you :)

However, one could always implement a User Style Sheet! Does anyone ever do that anymore, really? /@ch12i5

Sorry @ch12i5 I don't support the display: none; property name/value pair. I was created without it, and we couldn't resolve implementation.

While I have put building blocks together in positive ways, I do not feel as if I have a very solid footing. From bed to sky, how can I fly?

Impossible for anyone who hasn't experienced being bedridden to empathize. It's a terrible form of oppression as it originates within.
