@JamieKnight @_BirdMachine No to the flashing lights, but ducks busting moves to drum 'n bass is the kind of whimsy in which I take delight!

@JamieKnight That's hilarious. "Hey, check out this great article (that you wrote) on Autism" /me shakes head at this silly ol' world. @w3c

@JamieKnight I hope they don't keep awake. There's another word that rhymes with "duck" that I'd be tossing if they did me! @_BirdMachine

@JamieKnight Isn't that the oddest thing? Sometimes I start reading without noticing who wrote it and think "this is famili..oh wait!" @w3c

@JamieKnight @_BirdMachine Wshew. I am very relieved. I hope the ducks were dancing along with you, since they weren't stuck ducks!

Here we go! The historical @w3c evidence. My bad memory requires the Web. Assistive Technology for me is the Web!

@placenamehere That's fascinating. Mine would be different. I like the idea there might be different patterns based on approach/perspective.

@JosephLabrecque @kheftel It's actually a custom DTD. My brain isn't quite as on as I'd thought ;-) I actually have written them. Oy!

@kheftel @JosephLabrecque It's valid now. Interestingly, IBM used its own DTD with XHTML back in the day and added <embed> to it. :)

@JosephLabrecque @kheftel unless you were working in XML/XHTML and wrote a custom DOCTYPE. (Ooh, my brain appears to be working better lol!)

Chris has a real tricky one. This is hard! Over *time* IMG has become critical in #webdesign but in HTML itself?
Replying to @mholzschlag
@mollydotcom which have been the 4th most important over time? (2&3 are form and input) IMG, TABLE, STYLE, DOCTYPE, SCRIPT…

@JosephLabrecque That resulted in me nearly falling headlong into the floor...

Another curious contender in the #HTML element contest - <div> - not nearly the most important. Structurally, very important.
