I wonder if they also have clinical terms like "wears dreads" "is fat" "too white" "shades of brown" "funny shaped eyes" "has a neck tattoo"
Apparently there's a clinical term "disheveled." I think that's "female patient not shaved, is braless w/o makeup, in poorly fit clothing."
They made the ME invisible. It's the worst kind of "ism" It transcends gender, race, culture - you name it. In their eyes, we are nothing.
Except for the labs, they filled out a form showing one side effect only when I have over 35 documents and visits proving otherwise.

I'm thinking absolute ineptitude, inability to listen or the more heinous thought they purposefully falsified reports for research studies.
Even at my worst, I've never aspired to call such trash as this care record from UMC as work. The signator? An MD whom I've never met. EVER.
