Digging around, I found it's angel investors, startup incubators and so-on "donating" to US medical marijuana collectives and dispensaries.
Even more surreal: A very arthritic elderly lady at a medical marijuana dispensary ordering 1/8th "Krypto Diesel" and another of "Ballsack"

Surreal: licensed patients can have medical marijuana delivered free to their door in an hour or less here in AZ, 9-midnight 7 days a week.
