Of course, this is really the (upper case) Semantic Web when it comes right down to it, and that's okay. But we need better solutions now.

@Nethermind Problem: How do we build an architecture for the open data nature of XML apps so all content is rich, reusable and accessible?
Use case: I have an interactive, frequently updated pie chart in SVG of travel spending. I want to grab all text and alt content and re-use.
