@Timocracy that's true, but customer service is the face of a company, and I haven't seen that kind of decency from @united agent in years.
I feel odd praising @united after the last few years, but ALL HAIL the lovely Ms. Castro at United's customer service for being truly kind!

@supersmiley456 Intermittent leukopenia related to medication and chronic illness. It's not a clotting prob and is benign.
Thanks for hugs - I'm ok - just slipped under my dark clouds for a bit. Just go gentle! That bruise kinda does hurt if you hug too hard :)
