One slice in and I can say Minsky's serves up a pizza with lots of toppings and cheese. Crust is ok, sauce too sweet. So: Good, not great.

@sealfur I'm out at an airport hotel without transport or an in-house dinner (they do serve a full breakfast). So I had to order in.

I have to say, I've truly enjoyed Kansas City. It's really very pretty, and there's great food, nice people, and a decent cost of living.
Well, I ordered a sausage, onion and mushroom pizza and salad from @MinskysPizza - curious as to the hullaballoo about pizza in Kansas City.
