I wonder if Prozac could be causing some of this. I noticed when I attempted reduction in December, focus improved, mood went into red zone.

@VinSpee The productivity and openness in my personality are qualities I like. The lack of discipline, failing focus are troubling.
@skeskali Some people love with food, others with hugs. I love through words. Food and hugs are good too though!

Anyone done research on natural treatments for autism spectrum disorders? This problem is getting worse, not better with age.

Typical treatment for this? Amphetamines, Adderol, Ritalin. I simply will not take those medications. I'm already stuck on 2. Enough.

The other problem that is actually painful is the multiple layers of thought and incessant brain chatter, while awake and asleep.

Fortunately, I lucked out as writer and speaker. I worry that others find incessant verbalization a sign that I don't listen.

People probably find it funny that I talk/write so much. It's actually a disorder on the autism spectrum and causes me emotional pain.
