@svizion Where do you live? I like the hot, dry climate here. I'm a night creature and sleep especially well by day. In a bed. Not a coffin.

@eilders Don't take it personally, I was in Vegas and my stepdad (30+ years in that role) walked right up to me and I didn't realize it!

@svizion They go out in 112 degrees and don't put sunscreen on! I'm very careful and still won two sunspots requiring my doc's careful eye.

@eilders After that, I knew conventional Unis weren't for me. I did my Masters at The New School for Social Research, incredibly good.
@eilders I sat down on the grass by the library, broke into tears and got my BA at Prescott College. Best education experience of my life.
@eilders The courses at UofA were mostly fine. I just hated the school's social environment. I was very ill and struggling to just be there.
@svizion Isn't it just the strangest thing? And then people go sunbathing which turns them into dried up prunes with cancer. #doingitwrong

@eilders UofA may still have the dubious honor of being a top party uni in the USA. I went there for 2 yrs but xfered to a private college.

@svizion Course that's what a parent should do for their children. She did it, mostly alone. 3 accomplished kids: Tech, Architecture, Law.

@svizion I admire her greatly. Fundamental difference is she's very angry from having to fight so many cultural norms to just be herself.

Besides, I'm awake. just didn't like the country pop meets U2 meets 2pac reborn mix. Weird. They deserve some fun - first week of uni, done!
