@hidgw yep, central, super powerful, well maintained, working normally. It's definitely carrying through the empty house next door.

@aebadirad Tucson or Phx? September is insane with travel, but heck, if it's Tucson, we can figure something out. Lunch format or?

@AccessibleJoe @smiffy Weird day, conversations keep criss-crossing. Brazil was under discussion F2F in re the marvelous Katherine Helmond.

Reminds me of a Big Bang Theory scene. Bernadette: "Why meee?" Howard: "Jews have been asking that for centuries!"

There's nothing to absorb sound in the townhome beside of me. Of course. But here I am obsessing. Why? Exactly. Mommy, WHY is the sky blue?
2
And yes, I'm obsessing. I've lived here coming up on two decades - NEVER heard this, but this is the first time the home next door is empty.
Any physicists or audio folk? I'm really curious as to why music is traveling from the pool/spa but only audible when the aircon is blowing.

@AccessibleJoe Ha, no. Just girl stuff. We talked about earrings (mine) perfume (hers) and why we were there. Me, BBC. She, recording.

@aebadirad @AccessibleJoe BIG time - not just us, I asked folks generally what bands they've seen live, and it cascaded from there!

This just gets better. I'd totally forgotten that it was Uriah Heep that opened for Jethro Tull. 33+ years ago. THAT was a very good combo.

Now I'm obsessing over who the opening act was for Tull at Madison Square Garden early 80s. Famous show as Ian got injured. @AccessibleJoe
1967: Monkees are the main act. Unknown skinny Jimi with guitar starts to play. Fingers first, feet, mouth, behind his neck. Stole the show.
Didn't get to this concert, but if I'd been a few years older, I would have: The Monkees. Opening act: Some crazy ass guitarist named Jimi.
@ZenPsycho Sad. Tragic, really. Someone must do something about these very lost children with their Huge Hummers, hoodies and yo speak.

@AccessibleJoe I'd have loved seeing Jethro Tull in late 60's. My mom almost grabbed me and my bro to get to Woodstock but dad "forbade" it.

@SailorjX Big kick from those photos of you with beer and a seemingly endless parade of snuggles from sexy, big-breasted, costumed women.

@john_ivanoff Los Lobos and U2? Not such a U2 fan, me. Los Lobos are excellent.

Riddle me this: Why do rich white boys act like gangstas in the 'hood? Maybe I need to let 'em know the 'hood is a few blocks east.

@SailorjX Speaking of boys and girls, you off to fantasy fest again? Wasn't that just a few months ago, or has time flown that fast?

@gv_design Awww, sweet. Wonderful to remember that, for me, as it speaks to a lifetime of incredible technology and human spirit!
