Downloading some Jim Croce for the plane home. ACTION:
@t
should listen to him, too. American culture lives! We seem not to realize it.

@kjhank For devs, that could work. But the vendor specific ones are extremely useful for implementors. Devs shouldn't be using them IMO.

@Timocracy
Answer: you can't. The word "haboob" is just so completely giggle-inducing you WANT to talk about 'em ;)

Madness,
@Timocracy

I think we should abolish
#css
prefixes for ANY deployed work and reserve them for what they do best - provide implementation progress.

FYI: Jim Croce info here:

Jim Croce, anyone? Was in a cab with
@t
and others and not one of them knew his music. I don't understand this at all.

So in about 4.5 hours the topic is
#css
prefixes. We thought we'd leave the controversial issues for the morning.

I LOVE the
#css

EVERYTHING you are saying has just been repeated live. We know, believe me. 15 years on this issue. FIFTEEN YEARS!

What? NO commentson
$foo
v VAR? Get your screams in now if you want
$foo
because var(foo) is a non-macro w/ cascade and inheritance approach

Up now: VAR - discussing
$foo
versus var function with optional fallback -
@tabatkins
is calling for the latter and making his case.
