We wouldn't have even gotten to ARIA without undoing presentational HTML @johnfoliot - we serve far many users by keeping it clean.

Generated Content in #CSS is strongly tied to the PRINT and PAGED surfaces over other visual surfaces. This is further placed out in GCPM.
