Absolutely @sgalineau - it is a real problem. We need agreement that includes but also goes beyond the WG level. Author-user+vendor FTW.

The first and foremost use case for vendor prefixes is so vendors can progress and test implementations for interoperability purposes. #css

@kmactane I respectfully disagree. We are in evolutionary tech with little to no access for most authors to have had any formal learning.
