It isn't just customers who want iOS. For many reasons, webkit's been the choice for Adobe, Apple and Google Chrome. That packs a punch.

And it isn't authors to blame either - most authors learn by bootstrapping and the nuances are missed.

I don't blame #Opera for this so much as I blame webkit dominance. Opera would naturally do this first because of competition with iOS.

@MarkPoppen Too complicated for a few words. Or I'm just to fueled up. CSS prefixes are for testing IMO, full stop.
I just don't understand the logic. A vendor prefix is a VENDOR prefix. If other vendors implement, that's not interop, that's chaos

@dstorey Oh I understand why. I just think it sets a terrible precedence - once it's done, others will do it, and do it in their own way.

OH FFS. For The Open Web's sake, STOP THE PREFIX DRAMA! It makes me scream. Opera confirms WebKit prefix usage | .net netmagazine.com/news/opera-c…

@shelleypowers @brucel No way. I already have my hands full, thanks muchly! Picking my battles is a defense mechanism I need at this time.
@jenswedin Oh that sounds lovely - leave 'til August? I swear the U.S. needs to take lessons in how to take time and LIVE not just work.
All my friends @odevrel any ideas why NewNewTwitter is so strange in Opera desktop? I can't copy text, weird loading probs, lags, whatup?
@jenswedin I am happy, thank you! I'm not traveling internationally this year, trying to slow down a bit and focus. How have you been?

@stevefaulkner LOL! My mom always said "Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it." - Will follow up asap, thank you!

@stevefaulkner But yes, cool - let's follow up on the group list and see what we can do to improve that situation.

@stevefaulkner LOL! There's one from CSS1 "CSS Accessibility" - main concern is that with animations, transitions etc. we need something.

@stevefaulkner But I can put some work hours into an updating of CSS Accessibility docs which are woefully behind. Will you have any time?

@stevefaulkner I already joined, posted, and it was an echo chamber. I absolutely get the "no time" thing, and don't want to do it alone.

@stevefaulkner Ha! Now I get it :) Re: Community Groups, any interest in taking CSS Accessibility forward with me in our copious spare time?

@annevk It's definitely a good use of Community Groups IMO. It's what they are intended for, so this will be interesting. @whatwg @w3c

@minnixs Hey that looks great! So if I judge you and say you're great, that's not okay? ;)

@stevefaulkner @annevk Thanks Steve! It's a good idea IMO.
