@naterkane Bingo Mr. Kane! Most photosensitive epileptics don't exhibit full seizure activity, but do experience vertigo, panic, fainting.

And it's not just serious disorders either, many people who suffer motion sickness can become ill from rapid flickering movement on-screen.
