@gazshaw It depends on the level of participation and influence you want. Mostly, it gets you and your company seats in working groups.

@Tuna I'm telling you first hand that there's change on the level of many groups, the advent of community groups, etc.
@Tuna But I have no desire to argue #w3c existence or finance. If people want to change it, by all means, go for it. Not my chosen battle.
