I really, really wanted to like Fringe because I'm running out of weird serial scifi stuff I've not seen. *sigh*

Fringe fans don't hurt me. I have tried. I can't get into it. I feel no empathy for the characters, several of the actors I've never liked.

@aral Good point. I wasn't thinking "native" so much as general software practices. I still struggle with "native" apps as a Web concept.

@dotmariusz It may be the carrier issue. Here in the US we get insurance and support through the carrier for phones purchased via a plan.
