I appreciate that NORAD wants to do something fun for the kids, but tracking Santa? Really? Way to keep religion out of government, USA.

Wow, NORAD is tracking Santa. I wonder if he's carrying WMDs this year for those who have been really naughty.

@adrienneleigh Yay! Thanks for staying in the industry - we lost a few over the years, such tremendous dedication and hard work to hang in!

@timtfj In fact, at the final Mix n' Match, Kelly Goto and others asked Bill about his foundation work, and he really perked up, got excited

@timtfj I've talked to him about it. And there is no question he comes absolutely alive when focused on foundation work.

@damienpbuckley I agree. Mobile vendors are so worried about precious profit that they aren't seeing the damage being caused in the interim.
So my "open" mantra was earned. I worked in closed-garden technologies for a long time before I realized their incredible limitations.
I was a contractor for MSN for a long time. I started behind the wall. Then moved to Web with IE3 MSN browsers, CSS 1. @Eridanus @timtfj

Inaccurate. MSN was a walled-garden network *for pay* on Win '95-specific tech. Went to the web 1.5 or so yrs after. @Eridanus @timtfj

@fiona_knight My pleasure :) Such early days for this, it's interesting you're asking, as I've been musing how we can best use inline SVG.

@gsnedders I'd just figure you'd fallen off of a cliff and bumped that curly curly head, Snedds.
Replying to @fiona_knight
@fiona_knight @cwilso You could do that with the inline SVG itself. Would rather see CSS used for laying out or floating the svg element.

@gsnedders @cwilso How would either of you ever end up on my "wrong" side? You're my heroes!

@Eridanus @timtfj Could it be that Gates is actually working on Sainthood? ;)
