@zdfs It was, and I appreciate humor. But "stupid" is not a word that should be aimed at people. Acts, yes, people, no. It is not helpful.

So calling interaction designers "stupid" at a design conference is funny and cool? @rachelandrew is so right, our industry has gotten mean.

@karbassi Stable builds. Not been taking down my MBP but definitely causing more trouble than in several months.
@Chasapple Chrome runs all kinds of helper apps that seem to get stuck in some perpetual loop, sucking CPU from multiple helpers.

@yvg LOL! I work with browsers. I teach about browser technologies. I have to use them ALL.
@Chasapple @opera Oh, no problem with Opera here. Just Chrome sucking up my CPU to the point of agony. Opera is ever so much more efficient.
