We do have a nice online reporting feature for civil issues @mikecane - it's often referred to as the "now they know all about YOU" form.
I'm not disagreeing, @mikecane - but If I called the authorities, they would laugh at me. No people, no drugs, no guns = no priority.
@redcrew Yeah, I just closed the flue. In all my years here we've never had sustained winds go on this long so I didn't know the sound!
I can't tell whether all the broken stuff in the now-moved-out neighbors backyard is due to the windstorms or something more nefarious.
This is funny: The incessant noise? MY fireplace's flue! This is not funny: The backyard next door looks like a disaster area.
