@smiffy In my case, I refused medication for 20 years. Started it voluntarily when I was at my worst about 5 years back now.

@smiffy I'm medicated. And I have had serious depression issues, just for context. I'm on a dose-reduction right now. It's very difficult.

@vero I'd like to see some int'l stats too. The report cited a 400% rise in overall use in the US in the last 20 years.

@smiffy However, if I were on a visit and staying in someone's home, I wouldn't do that. I'd join in with the family! People sure are odd.
@smiffy I sleep odd hours so I can't judge. In the hot season (which is just closing out in Tucson) I tend to sleep during the day.
