1.5 hours later I get to pay Blue Shield a hunk o' money. I guess an insurer isn't too concerned about me getting 1.5 hours of my life back.

Finally someone with a clue. It took an hour to get to her and another half hour to figure out what we were trying to say to each other.
Language barrier. It's so hard over the phone to get stuff done when you share little common language and less visual cues. #outsourceBlues
