Tell me about it. I wonder if iSheep bleat louder upon butchering than do normal sheep. What do you think?

Hope that helps! It's a big question with lots of complexity, but that's the core goal/benefit relationship.

Ideally, this process makes Web sites and apps faster, more manageable, more consistent, easier to adapt and scale.

The primary goal is interoperability, and that browsers, design tools and development approaches work toward that goal.

Hi there! I'm don't understand. Do you mean what challenges do we face if we don't build sites to W3C standards?

I know, it's even funnier in context. "Bring your four year old boy who pulls kitty's tail over? SHOOUTOUT! er, "No Worries"

F'in autocorrection. There are just some gems that must be shared. "No worries" morphed into "Shootout" is one of them.

I'm still not totally clear on how app stores fit or don't fit, how vendor-specific apps cause fracturing, etc. We need more data!

Native apps are great! People are confused. The goal for open web is simply that web apps are built using open specifications.

I'd place real money on that suspicion being reality. Culture and age is a complex and fascinating study of itself.

But most importantly I hope you are able to stave off complications with that carpal tunnel! Frequent breaks AFK are a must.
