@shoogledesigns Oh yeah, I remember those from history class. :)
Replying to @vdl
@vdl I would if I could just get past this deeply ingrained work ethic!

Replying to @wnas
@wnas That I can only imagine. Not having kids or regular family life/structure definitely plays into it.

@hirsch_c This one actually looks like I could work with it: personalkanban.com/pk/ take a look and see what you think.

@codepo8 Why do you bring me pain when I adore you so? Now I have a head full of flashbacks to music class with 30 kids "playing" recorders.

@MountainDan IOW mind-mapping would encourage interesting exploration but not focused behavior for a person with my quirks ;)

@MountainDan I love mind-mapping for collaborative thinking and brainstorming but for time management it wouldn't work. I'm hyper-analytical

@ctford Wow! Ask and ye shall receive? Personal Kanban looks freakin' awesome. Have you used this technique at all?

@daniegge I do that, and it does help, but it's not all of the story. I think @janl nailed it with learning to say "no" to a lot too.

@MurraySilber Isn't it a great resource? I read it yesterday and thought "How did I miss this?" followed by "How come I didn't write this?"

@itaifrenkel I found that article fairly despicable. Basically teaching people to be passive and have no right to their humanity.

@iheni @RellyAB See my country song tweet for levity. And of course it's your fault, Henny. Who else's could it possibly be, the dog's? ;-)

"his bark was worse than his bite / 'til he ate the dog biscuits one drunk night / now the wind so foul / bites harder than his howl" @iheni

@katcal I think the sad part is that maybe they just called it "Human" resources because they were categorizing the cogs. Did you move yet?
Replying to @iheni
@iheni Oh my. A stinky doggie and passed out husband? Sounds like a bad country song. ;)
Replying to @iheni
@iheni Oh that's a classic. What did he say when you told him he ate the dog's fart biscuits? Or have you not told him? ;)

@mohammadeid Humans can be truly, truly horrible. And yet I maintain a cognitive dissonance, believing they are generally, inherently good.
