That seems only fair. I don't know about outside Tucson, but the Department of Public Safety is VERY good about marking danger zones.
We actually have a law here called "The Stupid Motorist" law. If you drive into marked areas and require rescue, YOU pay for everything.

@alohanico I know very little about the Honeycomb tablets. Asus has made some nice hardware in the past, though.
