@kapowaz Did you come through Tucson? It's a bit more dramatic. The Sonoran desert has the most diverse flora and fauna than any desert.

@kapowaz Not to mention the incredible sky watching - we have some world class telescopes around, great culture, great food. I love it here.
@kapowaz It is very beautiful here. Desolate, but with big sky and you can watch the weather patterns and stand where no one has before.
