Josh, that's our job. The better we do it, the better you should like it ;)

@voxxit That's awesome! I need to drop the carbs like bread and pasta. Then I drop weight quickly.

@voxxit Thanks for that! I tend to be very careful about refined sugars. It's just at the moment, I need something that was in the airport.

@voxxit The worst thing in vitamin water is the refined sugar. I just take a little of it and mix it into regular water.

Vitamin water is the answer! Vitamins, water, no caffeine, plenty of metabolites. And there's a good one for immunity, too. Score!

We have vitamin water that has electrolytes and isn't filled with caffeine. I just bought some, should do the trick, thanks!

I'm a student of semantic antics, and have been since I was a wee little child.

Yes, you seem to especially shine when you have the right tools. The bell was annoying IMO. I prefer the gavel ;)

You're home? Already? I'm jealous! I only have to fly three states over. BIG states. But it won't be so bad. :)

I drink lots of water by default as I live in the desert. I think I just have to suck on something. I mean, cough drops. That'll work.

Yes, I always drink water. I live in the dry, airconditioned hell you so adore. But with the cough it's particularly bad.

any recommendations for staying extra hydrated while flying? I'm going with tea, tea and hot tea. Which of course will make me <p>.
