@dogwalkblog exactly my point. It isn't us, that's why. That division is a major failing of the practice, not the theory.

On Lake Mead. The colors up here are so unbelievable, from black mesas to blue water to sand and rose and green rock mountains. Yes, green.
@ryancarson Gentle stretching, plenty of rest/ice. Ibuprofen (Nurofen) can help a lot to reduce swelling and pain. See dr. if no relief.

@ktguru Believe me, I have some very passionate feelings about the issue at large. My sense is it's a bigger issue than that situation.
I've found that trying to box up the sun for FedEx results in burns. DropBox or Torrents (irony alert) appear best. @ruthkalinka @stefsull
