@StuRobson yeah, there was a "flushing" joke somewhere in there ;)
So they've shut off the water main to my house. The only thing floating now is my back teeth.

@StuRobson my brain has entered "System unavailable" land and I just need a few minutes outside in the fresh air and sunshine, aka reboot.
Between the toilet disaster this a.m. and many annoyances to follow, I think I'm just going to go reboot. Too much stuck in Mols' cache.
"explicitly define transparent black" is an issue in the WHAT-WG spec. WTF? What's transparency doing in HTML anyway? And transparent black?

There's a story about my grandfather, a refugee from Hungary, who carried his manual Singer all over New York to find work, @heathr

Entire houses, eventually. Maybe even special brain chips so we ourselves become one with the Web. Look Ma, I can see the Matrix! @sdevore
@sgalineau @cwilso You mean you don't remember that night I was there WITH YOU at the Ginger Man?

@Jennison you know it! My pleasure.
FYI: Registration is open for Accessibility Camp Seattle May 20-21 http://bit.ly/gBggBA (via @jennison)

@michaeldeol @captbrogers Well, Michael, clearly you owe the cap'n here an apology. And me a surprise box from Overstock ;)
FYI: "all of them" right now probably equals between 140 - 200+ ways to access Web including desktop, pda, tv's, set-top boxes, phones etc.

For those of you who answered "all of them" - you're correct. Those who did not: The Web is meant to transcend platform, OS, device, ability

@sbisson nice point to clarify - Platform in this case as hardware+OS.

So no one wants to venture a guess? The question was: ~ how many platforms/OS's can access the Web?

@sgalineau @cwilso you are both right. And you both have seen the full spectrum of the Web's growth. You are elite. Different perspective.
