"explicitly define transparent black" is an issue in the WHAT-WG spec. WTF? What's transparency doing in HTML anyway? And transparent black?

FYI: "all of them" right now probably equals between 140 - 200+ ways to access Web including desktop, pda, tv's, set-top boxes, phones etc.
