@willsansbury Absolutely! It was my dad who turned me on to Star Trek (the *original* series of course) and the Beatles.
I'll put that on the list, @RenaissDesign. Canceled shows are often real gems: Wonderfalls for example. I loved that series.
@RenaissDesign Didn't like it. Main character is a bit too smarmy for my tastes. I'm a bit picky about TV. But thanks for the suggestion!
I happen to really like well-crafted series, especially when I can watch them sequentially on my own time. Immersion principle.
Okay, it's settled. I'm going for Burn Notice, which I've not watched though it has caught my eye and @jmspool cites as being "awesome"
