@drewm My fear is that there aren't enough good people to undo the damage being done, once again. It's like saying we have Web standards.
Everyone, please read this http://twitpic.com/2e9tu3 - WHERE did this CSS3 is HTML5 is CSS3 thing COME FROM? We must stop this crap.

finally made it past that stupid captcha. Now I'm picking panels. Actually, I'm letting the cat pick the panels, just to be whimsical.

@ezufelt Wow, no, did not know about WebVisum. A good one to add to the list of generally helpful resources, thanks!

@danoliver are you saying in terms of getting a panel into the picker process? I was talking about the stupid recaptcha on the picker site.
@holaMau @Rich_Clark Alas, truth to the humor. But thanks!
I hate recaptcha (and captcha in general). I'm trying to sign up for the #sxsw panel picker and have input answers 20 times. I give up.

@Rich_Clark Haha! It's been a standing joke around the virtual water cooler every time we talk about a new feature "is that part of HTML5?"

@wnas send yourself a really long text with the other texts as attachments? (I'm being silly)

@Rich_Clark Gradients can be achieved with transitions, which are in the CSS3 Transitions Module. They are also available in SVG.

@Rich_Clark oh boy, that's scary. Well, I guess that means job security for those of us working in web education/evangelism.
This is great! Reminds me of when we first got to use background graphics in browsers: http://bit.ly/cFfFaX (via @pepelsbey and @shwetank)

@Rich_Clark Hey, the magazine might have actually gotten that one correct ;)
Replying to @Rich_Clark
@Rich_Clark I'm concerned the word "fact" and HTML5 appear together in any sentence!

@sharovatov Sounds like a movie "High Noon in Moscow" :)
