Exactly my point, @hsivonen. Just because people super close to the situation might be informed, the vast majority of people are not.
I've been working the Web since 1993 @fakebaldur. Working groups are often hostile, but the dev/designer community is wonderful overall.

It's just so wonderful to work in a field where change occurs in a few moments or days and be derided for not being up to date.
Yeah @codedread like I said, I flew to Oslo and got 5 days behind. I guess that makes me obsolete and my opinions irrelevant.
To clarify re Adobe blocking & HTML5, that is an ongoing discussion and I've no opinion yet. It's the one web any device claim I'm wary of

I'm not buying the "One Web Any Device" line from Adobe. I believe it's market hype. Let's see if their money follows their mouth.
