@sgalineau yeah, by making sure you're stuck with the rental car past your time limit and they start racking up charges for everything!

My job and joy is developer relations. @opera, we want long-term-relationship w/ all people who work to create a great Web. Visits are free.
@lawmune yes, Fox at SJC. I used them once in Seattle and I left them crying. Shoulda known better, but it's what the agency booked.

What kind of rental car company has no way to reach them by phone after m-f to extend a rental agreement? Fox, that's who. And they suck.
