@meeratank I so agree. I love unconferences for that reason. It's more a group of friends getting together. Both serve a purpose, of course.

I did eat a spicy italian sandwich from Subway for dinner. Could be the culprit for the bad dreams. The cure: A cup of proper English tea

just woke up from a serious of indescribably violent nightmares. This happens a lot. Karma? Medication side-effects? Empathy? Future vision?
will now have a cup of tea and go do something absolutely benign like watch escapist television because my brain has hit overload.
