@johnbeales For me the regular variety of leg cramps is easily cured through potassium. This is an injury, same pain, different cause. :)
@gwoodard The problem is I can't do that - the ankle is damaged and I will likely need surgery. when the cramps hit, I have to stretch/flex.
now to nourish myself. The lovely ladies in the restaurant put together a tray for me with fruit, cheese, ham, chocolates. Merci beaucoup!
emerging from medication coma. Ankle hurts but cramping gone finally. Anyone who has had leg cramps at night knows how horrid that feels.
