@sharovatov Parsing. XHTML as XML can be parsed by any XML parser. This allows for cohesion with other XML langs (MathML, SMIL, etc.)
Hobbling on my bad ankle to the corner to get milk, tea, and sandwiches. What should I get for my pet spider, George? They like bugs, right?
In fact, study HTML5 and you'll find that it allows for either HTML /or/ XML syntax. But if you use XML syntax, you must serve it as XML.

@sharovatov The point of XHTML is to allow for extensibility, multi-device support (XHTML Basic/XHTML MP) and coherence w/ other XML langs.

@yatil Is @codepo8 whispering sexy words in German to the MacBook?
So if a given browser is missing XHTML support, HTML5 advances, CSS3 advances, SVG, etc. perhaps their future ain't so bright. Just sayin'.

@brucel implementations, baby. We got 'em. HTML5 is far more a reality as a result. For good or bad, this is what's the haps.

@retrogrrl That's okay, we love our @trib even if he is a bit long in the tooth ;)
Replying to @marcosfernandez
@marcosfernandez Nah, @stephenfry and I apparently had a momentary mind meld around the name "George" unbeknownst to me. :)

@trib See last tweet :D What, I don't sing loudly enough? Let me do my vocal warm ups and I shall try again.

@br3nda Yes, I came to Opera on Friday, February 13 at 13:00 hours of this year :D
And, as of today, @opera now has 710 employees. Am I bragging? Yes I am! So proud of my wonderful company.
BIG news from @opera today. Desktop growth up 64% and revenue growth at 103% - just from desktop alone!

@PerNissila I don't really know. He's quite small, solid black, and likes the ceiling a lot.

@dougneiner Here I am! But yeah, from time to time I do have to work or sleep ;)
I must add that George the Spider is a very respectful flatmate. Quiet, keeps mostly to himself, is able to coexist in quiet harmony.
My spider named himself. I got out of bed and there he was hanging from his silken thread. I said "Hey George!" So George it must be.
okay, that last tweet was pun prison for Mols. Who worries for you all when you start naming your children "Googlebot" and the like ;)
Replying to @timtfj
@timtfj oh, so basically sexing a spider is equivalent of sexing a human?
besides, it's against my most dearly held beliefs to destroy webs.
