That was what was in the article. Sorry for the confusion. To sum up: The appeal is dropped, EU will make a ruling, Microsoft will comply.

@ppk there is a subtle comment in the article re Microsoft willing to cooperate with what the EU decides. The appeal was not cooperative.
@timtfj It's between the lines "Microsoft says it is committed to "full compliance" with EU law." - the appeal is dropped. EU will rule.

Waking up with spiders next to me did not creep me out. What did happen was I laughed my tuchus off as I escorted him out.
